All FORME+HUE products are final sale. Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products and the handcrafted production of our goods, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.
FORME+HUE accepts claims only for items that arrive damaged or defective as a result of shipping.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing shipping@formeandhue.com with the following:
Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and original packaging
Your full name
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe may result in denial of the request.
Upon approval, FORME+HUE will, at its discretion, issue either:
A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
A refund to the original form of payment
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
Change of mind or scent preference
Products that have been used, altered, or improperly stored
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to handcrafted goods
Damage caused after delivery, including misuse or failure to follow care instructions
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, FORME+HUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting FORME+HUE may result in account restrictions and refusal of future orders.
