You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, complete with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Because every FORME+HUE piece is personal and handcrafted, returns and exchanges are not available. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products unless they arrive broken or damaged during shipping.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, snap a photo and email the image to shipping@formeandhue.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your name and a brief message and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
