For the best results, your jar should be clean. Ensure that the old metal wick tab from your previous candle is fully removed. Also, ensure your vessel has no cracks or damage.

Cleaning Your Candle Vessels

To maintain your Forme+Hue vessels for reuse, follow these steps:

1. Remove Residual Wax: The easiest way to remove remaining wax is to fill the empty jar with boiling water and allow it to cool, the wax should then float to the top. Use warm soapy water to clean remaining wax from the jar.
2. Remove the Wick Tab: If the metal wick tab is still attached, soak the jar in boiling water and use a butter knife to gently remove it.
3. Ensure a Dry Jar: Make sure the jar is completely dry, especially the base where the new wick will be placed, to ensure proper adhesion.

Using Your Candle Refills

1. Compatibility: Ensure the refill is only used in the Forme+Hue glass vessel.
2. Place the Refill: Peel off the paper from the refill. Place the refill into your clean glass vessel.
